Rossidi Cabernet Sauvignon Nikolaevo

Blueberry + some blackberry met by lovely acidity and just right touch of oak make the wine interesting and involving.The body is medium weighted , kinda well balanced but somehow lacks complexity and depth. Little disappointing cause have better experience with previous vintages.

Clear med ruby color. The nose is clean, with med+ intensity, thick core of black fruits like berries and currants, liquorice, tobacco, chocolate bits, dense and welcoming, youthful with weet earth and jammy notes evolving after some time. The wine is dry, body and intensity are medium, acidity and alcohol med (13%), tannins are med and round, balanced with black fruits and sweet spices, ligh oak touch and a short finish.
