The cork on this bottle was protruding a centimeter or so above the lip of the bottle, and I think it re-fermented a bit. I did leave it for three absolutely sweltering days sitting in an un-airconditioned apartment in Brooklyn in early August. Decanted and even 90 minutes in it's just flat and a bit odd. Can't be right. We opened another bottle, one in better shape.
