Crisp and refreshing Blanc de Blanc with citrus and some yellow stone fruit. Not overly complex and missing some classical brioche notes from a longer aging on the lees.

Had the first two bottles in February 2023 and it was very lovely, with a refreshing gripping acidity. Opened the last bottle today and it has mellowed slightly into a very nicely balanced Chardonnay based sparkling but still retains a brightness and freshness with that same food-friendly acidity. Wish I had more. Lovely with incredible QPR.
