Rich nose of evolved chardonnay, yeast, cereals and almonds. Mouth with dense and impactful juice, beautiful freshness, material coated by a light dosage. Good acidity which stretches well a juice with already evolved notes on almond, candied citrus and nuts. Good nascent complexity, with always this sensation of coating of the dosage yet reasonable (5g) ending on a good finish on the register of cereals and pastry yeast. Good length. Very good champagne that I will not wait any longer.

Showing development in its appearance and on the nose, but I find the palate still reasonably youthful. The wine is a little flat and lacking energy owing to the vintage, and the midpalate feels watery. There’s a slight fishiness that comes and goes on the finish I’m not crazy about. But there's also a some nice umami richness that I enjoy. I like this even more on day 2 with its pleasingly mature personality, although the bubbles are nearly gone. …

This is one amazing Champagne. A beautiful mix of yeasty notes, rich chardonnay fruit with crisp acidity for balance.

Growing and coming of age in an elegant crisp way. Showing developed flavors of baked nuts and yellow apples, but holding the badge of origin in the front. I belive it will manage two more years, but really good at present.

Had this over 2 nights. On the first night this was surpisingly open-knit and while enjoyable seemed one-dimensional and lacked energy. Curiously on night 2 this actually tightened up substantially and was much more focused and impressive. Stony minerality along with crisp white peach. Rating based on second night.

What a spectacular Champagne. Had this with 5 friends at a Chalet last weekend. Beautiful nose of crisp minerals and fruit. The palate had skyscraper like complexity that wowed the group. This is a grower champagne to look out for. I had the 05 Agrapart Mineral a few weeks ago and this was another level. This softened a bit and spread out over the hour it was in my glass. Agrapart wines are meant for earlier consumption but my feelings …

Dette var bedre! Fine gjær og autolysetoner med sitron og gule epler på duft. Frisk Champagne som følger opp på smak. Herlig syre.

Krysser fingrene for at de andre flaskene er bedre!!!

Very different from the Mineral 2006. This wine was initially slightly closed aromatically. With time though came deep roasted tones, and some citrus fruit. The palate was full bodied and powerful, creamy and with a flor tone that reminded a bit of Selosse. Dry and crisp finish and very mineral driven. I think this wine needs time to fully develop the aromatics and flavours. 93+

Solid, fruity, yeasty and long. Very much sparkling white Burgundy, full but with enough acidity to balance, fully mature.

The first (but not the best) Champagne of the 2011 Christmas dinner with the family. Did not live up to expectations. Muted. Quite closed, lacking complexity of the vintage. Maybe not the best bottle. Cheers!

Rich and somewhat developed, bread and mature apples, very nice mousse, elegant, great acidity, balanced, good but not great length.

Ikke skrevet noe notat på denne, men den var en bra Champagne til prisen (400). Holdbar.

Dry, understated. Faint core of spice and ginger. Subtle but the class and quality is obvious. Classic yeasty and biscuity finish.
