Some bottles (like this one) starting to develop further than others. But development in a cdp can be very enjoyable. More tertiary notes and less fruit. Still like it.

Very oxidized- not sure if the cork did not do its job, or if this was a desired style. I’m guessing not what the winery was looking for, but quite enjoyable nuttiness and deep color.

The blend of creamy and saline/mineral is very appealing in this wine. Elegant, subtly fruity (quince, pear, apple meets a dollop of tropical) and aromatic. Contained despite the 14% ABV. Really lovely and breezy.

Deep straw, not quite gold...nose - citrus, baked apples, pears...zippy on the entry, plenty weighty...cloudy mix of baked white fruits and acidity - cumbersome, a little murky - I'd like more clarity, but my fiancee finds it fun. Not a buyer again at this price.

Medium-gold...fresh green apple, baking spices...medium bodied palate, good acidity, viscous finish after all that acidity has livened the palate, leaving a very long finish that goes on for some time...a great winter white - I can see this going with many vegetarian inside, cold day dishes.

great mineral, apple and citrus tones. Has almost a chard like plushness but has greater complexity with the numerous grape varietals. Not as good as I remember it tasting in the Rhone
