The winner of the evening in a blind tasting. Hedonistic, expressive, concentrated, playing the best of both Cab and Malbec, ie. jammy red fruit, extracted wood and herbs, phenolic sweetness, figs, and tons of umami. Enjoy now and over the coming 3 years.
