Grand Tasting - La Paulee de San Francisco (Westin St. Francis - San Francisco CA) : Also quite reserved for the vintage. this showed classically Gevrey-Chambertin meaty and gamy character with both red and black fruit. More elegant than powerful or long, this has good textures and spice on finish.
