Love this wine

Great wine wish I could get more, everyone of my friends love this wine.

Clear deep ruby; clean medium plus nose of vanilla, blueberry pie, cassis, black licorice and faint cigar box; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus tannins; high alcohol; pronounced flavour intensity; palate has fruit payoff but also tar, black licorice and cocoa; long finish; drink now or in 5 years; currently showing a lovely balance of fruit and tertiary notes; wow - fantastic wine for the price point; tasted blind and mistaken for a Super Tuscan

Legs grab the glass, dark, pleasant nose - found the tannins to be quite chalky. It lacks complexity for the price point - but would not hesitate to order it on their patio.

Great nose of cassis and cherry. Taste of cherry, strawberry, cassis, bubble gum, raisin and bitter vegetal flavour. Alcohol wasn't too hot, but didn't quite feel perfectly balanced. Long finish. Smooth, with some tannin and slight acidity. Seemed like a lot of effort was put into it, although it didn't quite add up, as if the merlot involved was excellent, but the cabernet franc was too ripe and the cabernet sauvignon was too jammy.
