Pale purple in the glass. The nose gives off violets, black currants, sweet oak and vanilla bean. On the palate it’s just what I expected- dark fruits, woody, fresh and tart. The acidity is delicious in this one, keeps me on my toes. The black fruit core really pushes through the mid palate. Drank this a little different this time. Opened the bottle day prior and let it breathe for a few hours then re-corked. Drank about 20 hours later. Awesome fruity bouquet which was very exciting. Very smooth in the mouth with a massive explosion of flavor on the finish.

Dark purple in color with Black and Blueberry and light flower aromas. Cola, luscious berries and dark chocolate undertone. A bit sour up front, but bypass that throw back a hardy swallow and its amazing.

Suckling not sure how he gives this a 93? Decent everyday table wine but nothing exceptional. Light fruity with some soft acidity but not a lot of structure. Drinkable, clean and fine but not something to go buy more of.

Lush fruit forward style of sangiovese. A bit of earth and spices, but otherwise not overly complex beyond the ripe black fruits. The tannins are velvety smooth right now, and it's well balanced. Good for the price.
