After 1 hour in the glass and open bottle: Youthful nose of fresh herbs and spring berries. Solid mid palate of saddle leather and dark fruit. A bit of a dry finish (likely because of the youth) but over all a nice restaurant wine at €30, which these days, is quite hard to find. (Le Bucca in Ashbourne, Ireland)
