Phantom Creek Estates Viognier Phantom Creek Vineyard

I tasted this wine in June and enjoyed it so I bought a few more bottles. I still enjoyed this wine. The maturation was in stainless steel and oak and had a 14 % alcohol content. This wine had a powerful, rich, and complex aroma that seems like overripe apricots mixed with roses and a hint of grapefruit. The wine was clean with medium intensity. The colour was pale straw at the core and colourless at the rim. The wine was healthy with medium low intensity. The aromas were of pineapple and rose with a hint of apricot. The wine was off dry indicating a bit of residual sugar. There was medium acid and low tannins. Clear light golden yellow in color. Notes of apple, citrus, and honey on nose and palate. Dry, nice acidity, med body. I don’t have allot of experience with Viognier but really enjoyed this wine
