En copa, un vino expresivo, con muchas notas frutales, destacando piña madura y piel de naranja, toques de almendras, vainilla, toffee y hierbas. Had been put off by the label, but came recommended by Mortons. Pale yellow colour. Chalk, apple, vanilla on the nose. Took a while to develop. Started off with citrus, melon. Developed with a nice cola/ripe orange/a hint of nutmeg. Certainly not bad wine but overpriced for what it is.

Aromas of green apple, slightly overripe lime, and vanilla, with tropical and herbal notes. On the palate, medium-plus acidity provides a fresh sensation. The texture is unctuous, with pronounced oak influence. The finish is long-lasting. A very good, powerful wine of high quality, though slightly expensive.

A simple wine that doesn't complicate things. Very true to what it wants to deliver which I thoroughly appreciate. The nose had some stone fruits, pear drops, and had that touch of salinity to it. The palate was nutty, ripe and peaches. I thought a ripe expression of Albarino, but clearly wrong.
