Very good wine. Slightly evolved with some bitter almond and dried fruit character. Waxy sense with good acidity. We enjoyed this wine a lot and think it can hold for few more years.

An organic Albana from a 40 years old, 1-hectare vineyard located in the comune of Brisighella. Fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel (50%) and Alliers oak tonneaux (50%). 13,5% alcohol. Pale, limpid and rather neutral yellow-green color. Restrained yet somewhat aromatic nose with aromas of golden apples, some slivered almonds, a little bit of apricots, light leesy notes of creaminess and a hint of ripe red-toned fruit.
