The wine looks Violet colored. The legs are Medium. The body is Light/Medium. The wine has Juicy texture. The wine finishes Medium.

Mild, buttery very smooth finish.

First thing, Olive Garden does not have a sophisticated wine list as a whole. I bought this because I thought the sangiovese-syrah was unusual for Italy, and that the syrah would give a little more body to the traditional sangiovese, while still being a "light" red for our meal, which ranged from eggplant to chicken and beef alfredo. All-in-all it served that purpose, while not proving anything really special. The nose is pure Tuscan and the mouth feel thin, but …

Not much body. Very soft all around.

Medium body and lots of berry fruit with a short finish. The Syrah spice was not really there. A good BBQ burger wine.

Dark fruit, smoke, some chocolate, nicely balanced. Not much of a finish but otherwise a nice elegant wine.

Very good with italian. Smooth beginning middle kick. Really liked it.

I was impressed with this bottle. This was a monthly selection in a Wine Styles club. Easy to drink, hints of chocolate, cherry, blueberry, citrus, and light spices. Nice for the peice.
