Made in Tokyo with grapes from Yamagata. Delaware is the varietal. Pale, green-limey color is slightly cloudy suggests partially filtered. Sharp nose pops with brightness that slides off a plasticy mellow envelope that reminds me of Concord grapes. The palate confirms my suspicions that this is not Vitis vinifera.
