Nice minerality. Finish could be stronger

Pale gold. White flower and mineral on the nose. In the mouth, salted melon, lemon pith. Good acidity and salinity in balance. Both of these characters are present in the opening and carry linearly through into the finish.

(14/20) Juicy white Beaujolais, not very complex, fresh and good structure. Slightly annoying bitter in the finish. 100% Chardonnay from the Perle Blanche vineyard in La Chapelle de Guinchai. Medium intense aromas of white peach, mango, white grapefruit, lemon, blossom, almond, wet stone. Dry wine, medium+ acidity, medium body, medium+ flavour intensity, medium length finish. 13% ABV - €8,50 @ Papaya, Breda

Medium bodied, balanced, grapefruit pith, honeydew melon, lime, with a chalky, slightly saline finish. Good value.

Giant Wine Sale & Tasting 8/5/2017 (Cellar on Greene, Columbia, SC) : This is on of those Beaujolais Blancs' that just gets it. The nose has a lively honey and white flower aroma. Surprising, quick hitting, upfront melon and citrus fruit. Layered, complete, smooth and balanced. Medium bodied. Mild green garden influence. Crisp malic acid with some flinty earth and other "Old World" flavors on the finish.
