It might be because the bottle wasn't perfectly fresh, but this wasn't very good. It was dull and lacking real fruit or other desirable taste.

Medium straw color. Green apple and citrus notes dominate the nose and palate. The wine is medium bodied and dry, with medium alcohol and medium+ acidity.

Pours a straw yellow. Melon on the nose right up front. Mild acid, disappears quickly. The flavor is gone before you really get to know it. Probably runs a 4.28 40. Green apple and some dull citrus notes. Missing the bright grassy flavor I’m looking for in a Sav Blanc. More of an indoor while you cook fish for dinner wine than an afternoon picnic or beach wine.
