Grange Park Opera Duchess Restaurant (La Gioconda - Calleja et al). Excellent old school Soave. Ripe aromatic fruits with integrated vanilla oak nuances and tufa-like minerality. Balancing citrus acidity brings all the elements together. Medium bodied and for food. For drinking up to three years from vintage.

Chaudagnes: Nice aromas of light mineral, some white fruit; med.+ bod, just a hint of residual sugar in the mouth--but still very dry; smooth, viscous, great mouthfeel. Very good soave--sweet sens. is interesting. Bought in Milan.
