Great Pinot perfect for pizza

Subtle nose of roast meat, cola, plum and dark cherry with a high toned floral tinge. Delicate textured but well judged depth throughout. Primary fruit throughout, with a refreshing mineral delicacy not always present in Napa Pinot Noir.

Restrained and medium-bodied. Nice red florals, red fruit, subtle spice but lacking much acidity.
