Centenary Wineries, Venerable Traditions spanish wine tasting with Helio San Miguel (Instituto Cervantes, New York City) : Deep caramel color with a greenish rim. Nose of dates and spice. Very full bodied on the palate, mouthcoating, sweet and long with good acidity. This is a blend of 90% Pedro Ximénez and 10% Moscatel de Alejandría.
