Dick: 12.5%, 18th century subregion of Basto in the Tamega river valley. Dry. Not much of the fruit display of the top, aromatic varieties. I like its nasal texture though. Fills nicely./Some stone fruit if understated in cool 2021. Texture is its virtue. Dry, with good acidity and extract. Has its own strengths. Rangy at the table. 16.5.
