Soap, yeast and lemon juice on the nose. A little hint of lilies; but less floral than I expect for this variety. Definitely some brett, the intensity of which INCREASES as it warms up. Medium intensity of aromas. Frizzante on the palate with flavors of ripe melon, ripe apricot, ripe white peach, pine needles and fresh parsley. Medium + intensity of flavors. Reviewing for the skin contact cuvee of Greek Connection. In the glass, it looked incredibly cloudy and seemed like it was going to be a very “rustic” orange. Upon first taste, tannins were smooth, fresh and ripe stone fruits soaked in syrup, also very floral. It’s a very perfumed wine so it might not be for everyone!

Pours like swamp water in the glass. On the first sniff, very tight with VA dominating. No idea why this wasn’t decanting, but fuck it, let’s leave it in the glass a bit and see how we go. And oh my days, does it open up. Expensive soap smell, that tropical-lemon blast right off the nose, beautiful expression of Muscat. Opens up more & more as it breathes. Palate is zippy, with moderate alcohol and good flavor concentration. Nothing here …
