Missing a mid-palate on its own. But this wine has the stuffing to cut through pasta with red sauce and cheese. Definitely a food wine.

Red Dark fruit, some black currant and smoke. On the palate high acidity but low on tannins. Some notes of unripe red berries Nice, but not a favourite. Think it lacks some structure.
