Jones Winery Fiano

Gentle nose of honey, coriander seed, and lemongrass. Palate has a crisp entry, with hard acidity and minerality, and a burst of lime juice. A sweet honey flavour builds through the mid-palate and lingers on the finish. Oxidation adds a hint of dry sherry to the finish.
