Nose: Very energetic and excitable nose. Almost a spirity, nervous quality. Rather more on white/yellow grapes and syrupy golden raisins. Some cardomom, apricot, and orange liqueur. Maybe some honeysuckle and honey hidden in the back. Palate: A bit like a slightly thin honey, there's a definite syrupy quality to the texture. The alcohol is very well integrated. Virtually all the same flavors here that were on the nose, but even more pronounced(!). A little bourbon vanilla, and a rather light …

Color: amber-gold Nose: grapey-raisin, vanilla, eucalyptus, pear, honey Palate: medium-body, toffee, caramel, cinnamon, and some dried fruit are at the fore. leather, pepper, vanilla, and grape fill out the back end. Finish: delicious fruit-filled, like an alcoholic fruit cake (not the kind re-gifted at Christmas).
