Still tasting really good right now !! Delicious and at peak !! A perfect cork after over a dozen years in the bottle. Consumed over two days. This balanced wine showed more fruit on the first day. - Ruby color with slow forming legs and aromas of cherry, smokey, cedar and bacon. It's balanced and has flavours of cherry, strawberry and black pepper with a light/medium body. Round texture with a long finish - Smooth, crushed red fruit and slight spice on finish.

- Ruby color with fast forming legs and aromas of orange blossom, violet, cherry, cedar and bacon. It's balanced and has flavours of strawberry jam, cherry and raspberry with a medium body. Round texture with a long finish - Slight rose nose too.

Dusty red fruit on the nose, mid-ripe cherries dominate the front & mid palate but a moderate acidity keeps everything in balance. Not particularly complex but a solid and straightforward performer. At this point in time, reasonably enjoyable

Nice nose, pleasant fruit, and dry medium finish. A very good wine...

Weak nose, black fruit and light pepper. Strong tannins hiding fruit. Needs more time in the bottle, at least 2 yrs...
