La parcela de Tattouine, ubicada en Calce, lleva el nombre de los trabajadores tunecinos que vinieron de la ciudad de Tatouine en Túnez y plantaron viñedos y olivos allí mismo. Nace de viñas de 100 años plantadas en vaso de un viñedo de 0,8 has. El suelo es una mezcla de pizarra roja y cal debajo, con campos rodeados de matorrales. 90% Garnacha Gris, 10% Garnacha Tinta. A blend of Grenache Gris and Carignan from 90-year old vines grown on red schist. Whole cluster, four week maceration than pressed and racked in 2500L foudre for aging. Easy-going, crunchy, dark fruit on the palate. Light-bodied, with firm acidity, astringent (though approachable) tannins, and a nice herbal, bitter finish.
