80% Chardonnay and 20% Pineau de Loire Light body, pale golden colour. Elegant apples and cake aroma. Soaked apples palate and dry finish of lovely acidity. Small fast bubbles, enjoyable with sashimi with wakame salad. Serve 10ºC - 12ºC. Drink now.

Inadvertently cellared a bottle for about 18mos. more roundness and complexity than on release. Really nice.

very pale, muted nose, very fresh, lean, crispy and zesty, quite long. Blossomed up after around 10 min and warming up in a slender glass ("champagne flute"). Amazingly good match with a beetroot soup, creamed horseradish and apple mash. Should be perfect with raw oysters.
