Braucht Luft und ist noch sehr jugendlich- vergrabe den Rest im Keller. Eher intellektuell und nicht sexy, leicht und leise, einen Hauch von allem irgendwie und eine für mich(!) zu präsente Säure. Bin wohl eher ein white-Buddy von HB

Dinner at Picasso (Las Vegas, NV) : Ordered at an elegant restaurant from their Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning list, this pristinely cellared Premier Cru Burgundy did not disappoint. Uncorked, poured and serially tasted over 2-3 hours, it unfurls an intense aromatic profile of red plums, Bing cherries, cinnamon, nutmeg, smoke, leather, violets and black tea. Meursault Masterclass (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street) : Perfumed with slight chocolate notes, sweet spice and almost plummy fruit accompanying cherry and black tea elements. Pretty nose! Still a puppy on the palate with black tea and muted cherry and plum notes hand in hand with firm and drying tannins. Hmm
