Karl Erbes Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling feinherb

Kinda a wonderful fruit character not on the mid palate. Fleshy and lively and interesting.

Crystalline with concentrated aromas of pineapple, peach, white pepper and funk. Medium bodied with mouthwatering acid, good weight, creamy texture, a touch of sugar and a slightly thick finish. Nicely balanced with good length. A bit rustic on day one but more delicate on day two. Delicious, not overly complex. Great with okonomiyaki.
