Upplevs som väldigt sött. Kan funka med kryddig mat men annars ett rent sällskapsvin.

Interesting grape blend: 20% riesling, 20% gewurztraminer, 15% pinot gris, 15% pinot auxerrois, 15% chasselas, 10% pinot blanc och 5% muscat. On the nose there is some floral and aromatic notes, cream and wax. On the palate this is full and oily, loads of butter and a shy acidity.
