yeasty, nutty, but tense and vibrant. gently bubbly. pretty respectable sparkling wine but not the best value at $30. 90-91

Liked this better first time I had it. Btl variation or Craig palate variation??? Over Friday & Saturday night this did not improve. Dry with a lean wet limestone mineral and citrus. Not much else going on.

Creamy, rich, apple & hint of lemon sherbert & bread dough. Tasty bubbly with some depth but, a bit spendy at $33. I'd drink this more often at sub $20. I've got find me a sub $25 Franciacorta as I do like the appellation.

Retailer tasting : The bouquet is reticent and hardly shows anything. On the palate apples, some citrus and bitterness. Nicely dry.
