Drunk over two days Tannins are classical cab, blackberry and a touch of graphite. Lovely balance and fruit

Dark, rich and definitely Cabernet. The graphite and Cassis are front and center. Lots of tannins but lots of fruit underneath them. This needed a long decant of 12 hours to show well. A wine for the cellar right now.

A little shut down at the moment. Doesn't show the richness it did in the Spring. Lots of big burly tannins and good acidity. Nice pairing at the release with the mushroom tort. Pairs well with a lean steak as well. I'd give this some time.

Had this last night at a BBQ. Rich nose, nice complexity. Oak in check but evident. Palate is rich but shows nice structure and restraint in all the right places. Finish is long and enjoyable. Paired up nicely with the tri-tip.

Rich complex nose. Palate follows the nose with great richness and body. Nice complexity. There's obvious but not overbearing new oak here with some very nice fruit. Good layering of the flavors. Long finish. The bottle disappeared very quickly. Served with Argentinian NY cut steaks that paired perfectly.
