Jean Josselin Champagne Aux Origines

Very fruity and quite tropical on the nose. The palate has a really nice touch of red apple, passion fruit, citrus, bread and minerals. The acidity is lacking a bit and there's a sweetness to the aftertaste that takes it down just a bit for me. Overall a producer to follow the coming years.
