Helioterra, Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley

Black and red fruit, still with the black tea mouthfeel but much more integrated at this point... rounder and softer than a few years ago

A typical very nice Oregon Pinot. Nothing special but def not a wtf did I just drink. I'd recommend for anyone wanting to experience Oregon.

Richer fruit than last time, but that is probably because I am tasting a bunch of '11 Willamettes beside this '12. Tasty stuff here.

Good acidity, and good typical oregon pinot. A bit oaky chemical nose. Light but would want to try the 2011

Just very pretty wines. Not overstated at all, just very very fun to drink.

Four vineyards here, Appolloni vineyard, Lea's from Chehealm, Lickin Walter (sp?), Cathcan in Eola. Sorry on all spelling. 40% Ribbon Ridge and then equal parts from the rest of the other three. Native yeast, unless it needs just a touch more. She is a female wine maker and likes feminine wine - more nuanced, red fruit, cooler vintages (these are her words).
