Light lemon colour. Shiny and clean. nose: Aromatic and spicy (nutmeg, cloves) - nicely balanced though. grapes, apples, pearrs, cucumber. Fresh with good intensity. taste: medium acidity and a touch of R.S. Pears, melon, ripe apples, peach, apricot. Some cinnamon/clove spice in the medium finish. Aromatic but quite elegant.
