Blind Wine Industry Guys (Eric's House, Hong Kong) : Served blind. Totally transparent and faded velvet. Nose is lightly perfumed. Palate is very light but still very much alive. I guessed the year and the country but had it as Barbaresco. 89 but very interesting. One of Eric's wines.
