Infinite Monkey Theorem Alvarinho

Slightly metallic nose. Green apple and grapefruit. Lingering finish. Would go well with chicken or vegetable dishes.

This is different than Spanish Albarinos--there is less of that traditional briney, sea salt flavor, and more grapefruit & maybe even a hint of lemongrass--this wine could be mistaken for a sauvignon blanc. That having been said, it is crisp and juicy, and a very solid effort.
