Deftly balanced and a significant step up from this producer's bourgogne blanc. Puligny character is present and there is nothing overbearing here. Typicity here but nothing to really stand out in a positive way. A steal compared with many Puligny-Montrachet villages wines, though not one to show off to the most serious burg connoisseurs. To be enjoyed with good company who won't be snotty about their wines. Perhaps there is upside, but this is not a sure thing. I would …
