Appearance Lemon/green color in the core to pale rim. Nose Fruit driven but shy on the nose, stone fruit and citrus notes, with air more nutty and bready, yeasty notes. Palet Elegant mousse and high driven acidity, very fresh and elegant wine. Citrus and fresh stone fruit. With air more nutty and bready. Conclusion The wine are in a loophole need more time but with air or aeration it’s open up more secondary and tertiary aromas.

A lot of pyrazine. Based on the 15 Rose, the Pinots were really green. Angular and austere. Caveat Emptor!

Ingenting avancerat eller stort vin. Fortfarande på den yngre sidan och skulle förmodligen behöva minst 5 år till i flaskan. Föredrog Riedel Old World Syrah framför Veritas Champagne och Veritas Pinot

Aperrence Yellow in the middle to yellow green edge. Nose Deep aroma, red apples, nutty in the marzipan. Whipped cream, brioche, white chocolate, Palette A little on the harder side mousse-wise, nutty and almost bitter almond. Red apples alternating with green. Creamy, yellow plums, dry finish, lacks a little concentration in the midpalate. Conclusion Better on the nose than the palette.
