Cascina La Ghersa Barbera d'Asti Superiore Camparo

Tuscany & Beyond! (Farpointe Cellar) : This was a tasty wine, but the finish could have been a little longer. The color was a medium shade of ruby. The nose was very nice, with lots of sweet raspberry and blueberry. The fruit was followed by a hint of oaky vanilla. The palate was a little off balanced. The was some raspberry fruit, but it had a liitle too much oak mixed with it.
