Didn't take notes, but this was a solid but not outstanding Tokaji. Not much complexity, but there was a nice balance and a hint of oxidation on an off-dry, medium bodied palate (B/B+). Not quite as nice as the last bottle.

Drinking well now. This has developed some complexity, with sauternes-like tobacco and botrytis flavours (orange) the main impression as I recall from last night. Nice integration of powerful fruit and acidity; starts out sweet but ends more off dry. Very nice as a digestif (A-)!

Elegant, slightly subdued but very fresh nose of barely caramelized sugars. Light on it's feet and lovely with a bit of freshening acidity but this is not crisp. This is not concentrated but rather pure and subtle. There's not a lot of complexity, yet. Tasting notes next day.
