A price point wine that has something to offer. Color is very dark. Nice viscosity, feels almost heavy in the mouth. Lots of red sour cherry fruit. Not particularly distinctive, kind of rustic in a clean balanced way. A little bitter on the finish. Like most Italian wines would probably show better with food.
