OK, this wine looked really oxidized through the bottle. So much so that I grabbed another backup bottle from the cellar. It looked really oxidized in the glass but didn't smell all that oxidized. What a surprise that there was still plenty of fruit & acidity on the palate. Only slight notes of oxidation. What a great effort from Bob & Sandy.

GT Fish & Oyster - Magnum Night (Chicago, IL) : Out of magnum, very much alive and kicking. Interesting, very mature fruit profile with some acid punch remaining.

Magnum (Mostly) White Dinner (GT Fish & Oyster - Chicago IL) : Magnum. I had very low expectations here, but found this to be just ever-so-slightly past is peak,, but nicely balanced and a very pleasant surprise.
