Beyond peak. Don't let it breathe for too long. The age had started to show in its color. Taste? Cherry-cassis.. Barn and horse stable smell.

The wine had character and body. It's colour was surprisingly dark for its age. Lots of fishbones in the glass. Brought out great taste in combination with filet and salad.
