Barton Family Winery Clairette Blanche Holiday Paper Street Vineyard

A very pretty, clean and well-made example of a Rhone grape from the Paso Robles AVA. Just enough depth to define it as a New World version, one of the nicest single-variety, single-vineyard whites to show up on the scene. Not many Clairettes to be found in California, but this one stands up to all of them. Lively, crisp and flavorful, ideal with seafood or lighter foods and thoroughly enjoyable.
