ripe plum blueberry date black cherry medium acidity concentrated, juicy high alcohol but nicely integrated smooth, long lasting tannins hints of herbs and minerality on the finish Will definitely improve with some age

Decanter Fine Wine Encounter (The Landmark, London) : Slightly oxidised, concentrated, savoury, black fruits, meaty and umami notes. On the palate it's savoury and meaty but with residual sugar and lashings of drying, woody tannins and a fair lick of alcohol warmth. Woof!
