Château Montfin Corbières Entdeckung der Langsamkeit

Glass: Riedel Vinum Syrah Popped and poured. Clear, deep purple, inky color. Medium+ intense, youthful nose with a quite unpleasant, intense scent which is hard to describe: Somewhere between buttery, toffee, acetone, burnt rubber and barn. Hidden behind that also lots of artificial vanilla and dark fruits. Dry, powerful, yet silky taste with good acidity and fine tannin. Maybe a bit too much alcohol (14% abv).
