Definitely a more elegant Syrah

Dark cherries, black pepper, pastille, grilled mushrooms, and lilly of the valley on the nose. Dark sweet tannic fruit on the palate with an intense concentrated spread of fruit on an emerging acid layer moving gently into a lovely salty aromatic finish. Excellent with chicken in mushroom cream sauce.
