Académie des Cinquante Baden Tasting (Restaurant De Scheepskameel, Amsterdam, NL) : More power and richness than the Bercher which followed, one year on large oak gives a lovely touch of spice, partial malo and partial spontaneous fermentation, still a bit closed but good weight of fruit, pleasant oak bitters, good length.
2017 vintage
